Article 1. | General

1.1 The general terms and conditions of SUNNY CORDS (hereinafter referred to as the terms) apply to all offers, products, orders, agreements and deliveries of SUNNY CORDS. By ordering an item, you agree to these terms.

Article 2. | Agreement and order
2.1 The agreement becomes binding the moment you place your order in the online order form. SUNNY CORDS processes your order after you have paid. Until then, SUNNY CORDS remains the full owner of the items.
2.2 To confirm your order, you will receive an e-mail at the e-mail address you provided. If you accidentally do not receive an e-mail, your order is still being processed.
2.3 Images on the website may always differ slightly from reality.
2.4 All prices are shown in euros and include VAT.
2.5 SUNNY CORDS has the right to refuse an order and to dissolve an agreement.
2.6 SUNNY CORDS reserves the right to change texts and images on the website without prior notice.

Article 3. | Shipping costs
3.1 SUNNY CORDS charges the following shipping costs:

The Netherlands: free shipping from €50
Europe: free shipping from €50
Rest of the world: free shipping from €50

Article 4. | Delivery
4.1 SUNNY CORDS will ship the order as soon as possible after payment of the agreement. The order will be delivered no later than seven days after payment (within the Netherlands). If this is not possible, for whatever reason (because an item is temporarily out of stock), you will be notified immediately.
4.2 If you have accidentally entered a wrong delivery address - and there are therefore additional costs - we will charge these additional costs to you.

Article 5. | Shipping and transport
5.1 Up to and including delivery, SUNNY CORDS is responsible for the order. After delivery, the responsibility is transferred to you.
5.2 SUNNY CORDS ships parcels via a reputable parcel company.

Article 6. | Payment and payment methods
6.1 At SUNNY CORDS you can choose from several secure payment methods: iDeal, PayPal, Klarna, Mastercard and Visa.
6.2 If SUNNY CORDS accidentally lists an incorrect price on the website - and it is clear that it is a mistake - we have the right to correct it. Even if you have already ordered the item.

Article 7. | Returns and exchanges
7.1 If you want to return or exchange an item, you can do so within thirty days. Fill in the enclosed contact form stating that you want to return an item. We will contact you. The costs and responsibility are at your expense.

7.2 Items from the online sale cannot be exchanged or returned.
7.3 Returning and exchanging an item is only possible if the item:

is in undamaged condition
has not been worn and / or used
includes the original and undamaged packaging.

SUNNY CORDS reserves the right to refuse returned items.
7.4 If you want to return an item, you must notify SUNNY CORDS within thirty days of receipt by filling in the enclosed contact form. To make the process run as smoothly as possible, note the following information on the contact form:

that you want to return an item
product description
customer number
the reason for returning the item

If you return an item, do not forget to fill in and send the return form. The refund, minus the shipping costs, will take place within thirty days of receipt and inspection.

7.5 If you want to exchange an item, notify SUNNY CORDS within thirty days of receipt by sending us an e-mail. To make the process run as smoothly as possible, include the following information in your e-mail:

that you want to exchange an item
product description
the item you want to exchange it for

Once we have received the item you want to exchange and have checked it, we will send you the new item.

Article 8. | Warranty
8.1 SUNNY CORDS advises its customers to check all items within fourteen days. Check the delivered quantity and quality of the item. If something is not right, you can return the item to SUNNY CORDS within thirty days.
8.2 After the approval period of thirty working days - Article 7.1 - SUNNY CORDS is not obliged to repair or exchange the item free of charge. Check Article 8 for the conditions for returning or exchanging an item.
8.3 The warranty is void if the product shows a defect caused by improper use, or if you or others have modified the product or attempted to use it in a way for which the item is not intended.

Article 9. | Disputes
9.1 Dutch law applies exclusively to all legal relationships.
9.2 If you have a comment or tip, fill in the online contact form. SUNNY CORDS will contact you.
9.3 If you have a complaint, fill in the online contact form. SUNNY CORDS will always try to resolve a complaint in consultation with you.

Article 10. | Copyright of photos and images
10.1 All photos and images shown by SUNNY CORDS are protected by copyright. Without the written permission of SUNNY CORDS, photos and images may not be reproduced or used publicly.
