What if you're not completely happy with your Sunny Cords after all? Or would you rather have received that other design? No problem! You're most welcome to exchange your glasses chain or Ring Edit®, or get your money back, within 14 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges or returns

When returning your order, please contact contact@sunny-cords.com.au with the order number in the subject line. Let us know what you want to return, the reason for your return and whether you would prefer to exchange your item(s) or receive a refund.

Please note the following requirements:

• You have the right to exchange or return the item within 14 days of receiving your order
• Products must be unworn and unused
• Products must be returned in their original condition and original packaging
• Shipping costs are at the customer's expense
• SUNNY CORDS has the right to refuse a refund if there are clear signs that the product(s) have been worn / used or damaged
• Write the order number clearly visible on a return envelope.
• The money will be refunded to your account within 14 days
